Easy Homemade Healthy & Nutritious Pumpkin Soup (Stay at Home) 待在家里也能煮出简单健康又营养的金瓜汤


Want to cook simple yet nice and nutritious healthy soup? Then, don't missed out this simple yet nice and nutritious healthy pumpkin soup 😋

With simple 3 ingredients to make this pumpkin soup  金瓜汤

1.  1 Carrot  一条红萝卜 (cut in small cubes)

2. One Onion 一粒紫色洋葱 (shredded pieces)

3. Pumpkin  金瓜  (cut in small cubes)


只需要三钟食材就能煮出简单,健康,营养又好喝的南瓜汤啦!


Steps to cook the pumpkin soup
 
1. Boil the water (2 bowls of water) first  
先把水(只需两碗水)煮滚

2. Put all the ingredients into the cooking pot once water has boiled,turn the heat down to low, covered the cooking pot with lid and let it boiled until around 45 min to 1 hour (over medium heat to low heat) . 
把所有的食材加进锅,, 中火到小火慢煮盖锅煮大概 45 到 1 个钟头熬煮。   

Of course,  you can also cook the soup for up to 2 hours too if you wanted the ingredients to be more softer. 

大家可以在家,试一试。
