I am finally blogged about my very short breastfeeding journey. I had delivered my baby since last year 2025 May 30 and Yes, I wanted so badly to breastfeed or pump breastmilk for my baby one!
Well, 人算不如天算, I think is really so important to go with the flow. I only have breastfeed/pump breastmilk for my baby for about 2 to 3 months ( very little supply of milk).
I had tried most of the methods (from supplements, breast massage etc) but decided to give up! Is not an easy job, need to wake up for every 2 to 2 hours to feed for baby or pump for breastmilk if not breast will engorged and later if serious will have mastitis ( infection) (will be having fever too).
Awy, wanted to share what I have gotten the Spectra breast pump to pump for breastmilk.
Pros
Quite good - powerful suction,
in-built nightlight,
digital controls, and a backflow protector for hygiene,
also have the massage mode to massage the breast (must make use of the function)
Cons
Still not bad just that I find that the vibration sound very loud and strong, I don't really like ( make my brain got the vibration sound too sia).
Other than that, the Spectra pump actually quite bulky, not suitable to carry one if want to pump outside.

Is okay not to be okay! Remember if you really feel like and want to stop breastfeeding, then go ahead! No one can force you because your mental health is important than anything else!
Taking good care of your health first is really important! Prioritise yourself first!
If ownself mentally breakdown, then also couldn't take care of baby too!

Ya, that why I decided that I need to stop breastfeed even though breastfeeding got so many benefits! But my body cannot take it, so no point!
So pause and listen to your body!
Okay, I have been giving formula milk since my breastmilk supply so little. Eventually, I have been giving formula milk for my baby and not breastmilk anymore.
Will be blogged next time about the milk bottle and formula milk I have gotten.
