Easy Homemade Healthy & Nutritious Pumpkin Soup (Stay at Home) 待在家里也能煮出简单健康又营养的金瓜汤

Want to cook simple yet nice and nutritious healthy soup? Then, don't missed out this simple yet nice and nutritious healthy pumpkin soup 😋

With simple 3 ingredients to make this pumpkin soup  金瓜汤

1.  1 Carrot  一条红萝卜 (cut in small cubes)

2. One Onion 一粒紫色洋葱 (shredded pieces)

3. Pumpkin  金瓜  (cut in small cubes)

只需要三钟食材就能煮出简单，健康，营养又好喝的南瓜汤啦！

Steps to cook the pumpkin soup
 
1. Boil the water (2 bowls of water) first  
先把水（只需两碗水）煮滚

2. Put all the ingredients into the cooking pot once water has boiled,turn the heat down to low, covered the cooking pot with lid and let it boiled until around 45 min to 1 hour (over medium heat to low heat) . 
把所有的食材加进锅，, 中火到小火慢煮盖锅煮大概 45 到 1 个钟头熬煮。   

Of course,  you can also cook the soup for up to 2 hours too if you wanted the ingredients to be more softer. 

大家可以在家，试一试。 

 Lastly, yes I have been staying at home as much as possible too and been doing some cooking too. Let us protect our loved ones and fight against the  Coronavirus together okay! Jiayou.

Genki Sushi LunchTime 午餐在元气寿司 Food Review (Westgate Mall)

Here is my first time going to dine at Genki Sushi and I have fall in love with the foods and the cool service over there!

I love the way to order the foods where we got to scan the Qr code from the receipt to look at the menu and to order the foods.

And then so cool to have the bullet train to get to deliver the foods which we ordered to us. 

Grilled Eel and cheese roll  at $1.90 (Highly recommend to order this to eat!)

Highly recommended o order this Cheese Tobikko Shrimp Fritter Roll. Damm nice!

I gotten a free  Seared Akaebi with Garlic Butter once I become the member and redeemed the coupon from the Genki Sushi App. I love the texture of the prawn and the very flavorful butter taste!

Chawanmushi (Steamed Egg Custard)

 For the dessert, I ordered the Blueberry Yogurt which is also damm nice too!

  

Also, I was surprise to find a box of  Green Tea Powder on the table (free to take). Get to have a scoop of greentea powder and had it with the free flow of hot water or cold water (located at front in the restaurant)  hehe of you can be creative like me by sprinkle some matcha powder onto the ice-cream or yogurt you have ordered  too. I got to sprinkle some matcha powder onto the blueberry yogurt too. Surprisingly, is a nice combination too.

Well, I find that the prices are really very reasonable, variety of sushi, appetiser, side dishes as well as desserts to choose from and I'm definitely will want to go back again to eat one!

My first time onboard the Quantum of the Seas to stay there for my 5 nights 6 days and to Port Klang, Penang and Phuket. 

Okay, awy, don't missed out the Giant Pink Polar Bear on Quantum of the Seas and to take very instagrammable photo with the bear (situated beside rock climbing area) k.

Korean Seafood Steamboat in Jeju Island 韩式海鲜火锅在济州岛 (Korea Trip 8D7N)

I love to have steamboat and then this time round having the Korean Steamboat in Jeju Island (济洲岛. 

This was my first time in Korea and then to travel with the tour group (Hong Tai) and so the tour-guide brought us to this Korean restaurant (didn't know the name) and to have for Korean Steamboat. 

I really love to have the Korean side dishes and so happy to see so many different side dishes given to us to eat.

The Dishes and Yes 小吃吃到你爽! Can ask the staff and refill any of the side dishes if you have finished and still want to have more!

We were given this grilled fish to eat too. The fish looked so thin too, hahaha

Awy, for Korean Seafood Steamboat, don't forget to have the Korean Maggi Mee to cook and eat too! My favourite Korean Maggi Mee.

Lastly, there live octopus for us to cut and eat too but I didn't dare to eat it so jiu cooked the octopus instead. Hahaha, well, I think is definitely a new and good experience to have the live octopus if you dare to eat it.

Haha see the foods make me so hungry liao and I really hope to be back to Korea man! Missed my trip so much.

I got to eat finished all the meat including the fatty parts too because the fatty parts are considered to be good fat too.

I love Japanese foods and stuffs and I am really so happy one of the Japanese supermarket Don Don Donki opens at Jem and so far is considered the largest outlet in Singapore! 

I was so glad to be on the opening day 15th Jan 2020 but a pity I was not the in the first 100 queue and so didn't managed to get the goodie bag. 

Awy, so happy to see this fat penguin!
