Want to learn how to cook the Japanese Soft-Boiled Egg 溏心蛋 ^^

I have tried  cooking the  Japanese 溏心蛋for 6min & 7min before. 

If you cooked for around 6min, the egg yolk will be ozzing out!!! 


For me, I have let the egg to boil at around 6min.



If you do not want the egg yolk not to be so runny then try to boil the gg for a longer timing (at around 7min).  But if you love egg yolk to be very runny/watery kind and explode in your mouth, you need to take note of the time well and to boil the egg for around 6min. After 6min, take out the egg and immersed the whole egg inside a cup of cold water to let it cool down. 

Do take note:the water must be boiled first before putting the egg in.  Once put the egg in (this is the time that you need to use a hp or watch to time how many secs/mins you want to cook the egg.
