Back to school Back to work

Is 2nd January and is Tuesday only, I am already hoping for Friday to come already!I guess most of us either back to school or back to work already. 

Awy, no matter how busy or how tiring we are, there are 2 important things which we couldn't missed out every morning in order to be healthy and good to our own skin! 

So what are the 2 things? 


1. Drink at least half a cup of warm water right after you wake up every morning.

 Well, drinking water has so many benefits to our health, it helps to flush out the toxic in our body, good to our skin, good for our heart as well as providing energy. 


So, makes a difference in 2018 now! Starts your day with a t least half a cup of warm water right after you wake up and you will get to see a difference in your body too. 

2. Never skipped Breakfast 

No matter how tiring you are, never skipped the most important meal which is the breakfast!

Start your day right by preparing yourself a hearty healthy breakfast!
