5 Brands Ready to Eat meals which must try out!

Lazy to cook, so busy in working and yet still want to eat a healthy meal?

I recommend some of my favourite brands of microwave Ready to Eat meals.

1. Taste Asia Chilled Ready to Eat meals

I love that the meals have no added preservatives and microwaveable in 3 mins. just 3 mins, you can get to enjoy tasty and healthy meal. 

I have tried the Pineapple Fried Rice with Spiced Grilled Chicken today too. 

Not bad Not bad! Inside, still have small little shrimps and crabsticks too. As I prefer to have more slices of pineapples so the slices of pineapples given were not much but overall is still quite up to my standard.   Awy, for this meal it costs for $3.90.

There are others foods such as ROast Chicken with Creamy Mushroom sauce

2. Chef in Box Ready to Eat meals

Craving for western, grab a box of the Mac & Cheese one! 
My favourite is the Mac & Cheese which cost for $4! No added additives and preservatives and is made from fresh ingredients too!  


  
3. Chef Finest and Light Ready to Eat meal  

I thought I was going to a restaurant to eat man but actually I was eating a microwave ready to cook meal, haha. 

Is Thai Basil Baked Fish with red rice and seasonal vegetables. Is red rice so is really much more healthier right??? Ya, Ready to Eat meal can become much more healthier meals nowdays!  This cost $3.90 too!
They also have like Mee Siam Assam, Pumpkin Rice with Shitake Mushrooms and Black Olives  etc etc.

4. Quorn Ready to Eat meals



Try out this Escalopes (2 Garlic and Musrooms) . Vegetarian meals also can be very tasty too. Is lower in saturated fat which makes it much more healthier. Okay, this can be a bit pricey which cost for $7 but well I find to be worth buying it when you don't need to waste time to prepare for a nice yummy vegetarian meal.

5. Japchae 

No trans fat, no preservatives and most impotantly low calories Japchae. Is sweet potato noddles with egg, spinach, onion, carrot and pepper.  Is really tasty. Haha ya, is easy to prepare your meal within a short time and is also quite healthy too!

Well, you will definitely not get bored or annoyed what to eat again, so why so sian eating the same kind of food over and over again .
