Here my own recommendations.
1. Free 'Today' newspaper for everyone to collect every morning from mon to sat at mrt stn or bus interchange.
Got free news to collect and read, isn't that a good thing for every Singaporean!
2. Library
The best place to hang out in Singapore!!! Is free for everyone to go to. I really love hanging out at library which provided with many books to read and comfortable chairs or tables for us to sit. Last time, whenever exams were coming, I would go to Bugis library with my friend to study one. Bugis has many levels and one of the level allow people for discussion of project too. I really find that library is always a good place to go study!
3. Free Shuttle bus services in Singapore
Yes, there are free shuttle buses for you to board and go to places like gain city sungei kadut or Qian Hu fish farm too. I find that this is so good and very convenient for us to go.
4. National Gallery (free entrance for Singaporeans only)
As a Sinaporean, I am able to go National Gallery for free and to go there to view the arts for free. I don't even know that is free until my best friend told me about it man. I recommend you guys to go to the National Gallery if you have not go before!
5. Free concert Event/performance at shopping malls or other places too
Don't really need to waste money to buy tickets to watch performance or catch idols. Just need to be there early & have a great view to catch the performance!
This is my first time to see a singer in real-life and I was so happy to see Jolin in real life at lot 1 with my best friend even though it was a small concert.
6. Sit Freely, slacking, eating while laid back to watch other people ice-skating @JE
7. Free Beaches to go
One of my favourite beaches in Sg is ECP
8. Free butterfly park at Changi Airport
If you are doing transit and waiting for plane, do rmb to go to the butterfly park which is free at Changi airport.
9. Free Garden By the Side night lfe ^^
10. Free QiGong Lesson in Garden early in the morning to learn!
