How to stand up against bullies?

Hope everyone don't feel Monday Blue today and ya today I will be sharing about the topic of bully. Have you ever get bully before? I do get bully from others before during the Primary and Secondary school. I do understand the feelings very clearly when other people get to bully you and nobody stands up for you. 

In school, there would be this group of girls who were always got tease me with names and called me like 'guai kia' or 'gong dai dai' and others who heard it will keep laughing at me instead of helping me. I realised that even if I asked them to stop this, they did not listen and still continue teasing. Well, I can totally understand how is it feels like when you get bully.  There are different types of bullies such as cyber bullying or verbal bullying but do stand up against bullies! 

If you get bully in school, first do tell them in a polite yet  asserted way like “This is not funny' and asked them question like “How do you feel if others also do that to you?'' However, if they do not stopped bullying you and still continue, remember don't be rash and don't ever fight with anyone!

So this is the time for you to find your teacher and tell the teacher the whole situation. I believe the teacher will find a solution and to help you solve the problem one.  So do remember not to fight with anybody! If you have use your fist and fight with others first, then you are just exactly the same as them (the bully). Fighting does not help you solve the problem! If you fight first, then you are also doing something wrong. 

Awy, if you encounter someone who get bully or yourself get bully, stand up for the victim or yourself and tell the bullies to stop it. If they do not listen and still continue, look out for an adult or teacher.
