Prepare a Quick, Simple, Easy and Healthy Meal

Want to prepare a quick, simple, easy and healthy meal?



 Creamy Mushroom pasta (Preparation time and cooking time take around 15-20minutes)

Ingredients
1. Spaghetti (Naturel Organic)


 2. Alfredo with fresh cream and cheese sauce (What I love about this sauce is there is no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives)

3. Fresh sliced white mushrooms


Steps 

1. First boiled the spaghetti in the cooking pot for around 10 and drain the water.   


2. Wash the mushrooms. 

3. Heat the frying pan with oil or butter. 

4. Add mushroom and cook.

5.  Add the cooked spaghetti and toss and cooked for another 2 minutess















































Cheese mushroom omelette (Preparation time and cooking time take around 10-15 minutes)

Ingredients.
1.  Butter
2. Fresh sliced white mushroom
3.  Mozzarella Cheese (Arla)  I love thie brand of Cheese as it is make of 100% natural ingredients and no preservatives! Omg, such a healthy Cheese and I think is worth to buy to eat! .



3. 2 eggs

1. Slightly beat the egg with the fork for a few seconds.


 2. Heat the butter in the saucepan with low heat.




















3. Pour the beaten egg into the cooking pot. 

4. Put the cheese and mushroom in. Let the cheese melt and mushroom cooked for a few minutes.




 5.Try to slowly and gently flip the egg and serve to eat. 


I can't really flipped the egg well and my omelette turned out like this.  Awy hope you like the chessy mushroom omelette.
